- Initial Meeting
We discuss what you're looking for in your companies website and make any
suggestions we might have. We also get any ideas you have for domain names
so that we can check to see what's available.
- Project Quote
After specifics of the website have been decided we will give you both a
price and timeframe quote.
- Contract Signing
If everything sounds good, both parties sign the contract and
the work begins.
25% of the quoted price is due at the contract signing.
- Design Mockups
We present you with a few different mockups for the look and feel of your
site. You choose a mockup and describe any changes you want.
- Design Signoff
We present you with the final mockup you had chosen along with any changes
that were requested. When you give us final approval for the layout design,
you make the first signoff. Any changes made to the layout design after
the signoff will be charged in addition to the original price quote.
- Ongoing Communication
Throughout the rest of the design and development process we will show
you our progress and ask for any input that might be needed.
- 90% Completion
When we have finished the website we will have you look over the site
and let us know of any minor changes that may be needed.
- Final Signoff
After you are happy with the final product you make the final
signoff and pay the balance of the contract.
- Maintenance and Updates
Your website must be hosted so that it is available for the public to
view. The cost of hosting is $15.00 a month.
Any updates or changes that are needed to your website will be charged
at our current hourly rate.
